your estimate?
Ask whether your estimate covers labor only or includes transportation. Confirm the crew, minimum time, how time is counted, travel, access charges and any deposit. A deposit is not the total price of a move.

What must be ready at the seller’s location?
Confirm that the item is released for collection, paid for as needed and accessible at the agreed time. Share the pickup reference, seller contact and receiving address. Describe stairs or loading restrictions at both ends. Ask about assembly and placement separately, rather than assuming they are included in delivery.
